How can I check the status of my order?
You can view your order status anytime through your Account page. Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email sent to the email address used at checkout. You'll receive a separate shipping notification with tracking details within 2-4 business days.
Can I change the shipping address on my order?
If you need to update your shipping address, please email us within two hours of placing your order. Once a label has been created, we’re unable to make any changes to your address. Please note that billing addresses can’t be modified.
Can I cancel my order?
If you need to cancel your order, please email us within two hours of purchase. We’re happy to assist as long as the order has not been fulfilled. Once fulfilled, we’re unable to make changes.
Do you restock items?
Most of our pieces are sourced one-of-one and the same piece cannot be restocked once sold. We regularly add new arrivals and larger seasonal drops. We recommend following us on Instagram to stay updated.
Can I reserve or hold an item?
We don’t offer holds or reserves. Each piece is available on a first come basis.
Where can I purchase Lucky Noon in person?

Yes! All of our designer items are 100% authentic, professionally authenticated by either Entrupy or Authentic Detective.
