When will I receive my order?
Orders are shipped within 2–3 business days from the date of purchase. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states, including APO and FPO addresses.
How much does shipping cost?
All items are carefully packaged and shipped in a box, regardless of size or quantity.

My tracking hasn't updated. What should I do?
Please allow up to 48 hours for your tracking details to update with the carrier. While we do our best to ensure your order arrives quickly, please note that carrier transit times are beyond our control. We are not responsible for any unexpected delays in transit during busier seasons.
Do I need to sign for delivery?
All orders over $400 will be shipped with a signature required upon delivery. All other orders ship standard without a signature needed.
